REFUND POLICY

The Customer has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, without having to provide a reason, unless otherwise stated on the sales page or order form.

No refund will be granted after the expiration of this 14-day period. Any request submitted after this deadline will be definitively refused.

To request a refund, the Customer must contact the Editor by email and provide all information necessary to process the request, including the Customer's name and email address.

If shipping costs were charged at the time of purchase, these costs are non-refundable. If the Customer wishes to return a physical product, they may request a refund for the product itself, excluding the return shipping costs, which remain the Customer's responsibility.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products that are complete, unused, intact, and returned in their original packaging, in a resalable condition.

Any refund request that does not comply with the conditions set out above or is submitted after the 14-day period will not be considered, and the seller shall have no further obligation toward the Customer.
